Tau chapter?

I bought a plain pin from ebay. The pin number is Tau 437.

Does anyone know which chapter was Tau and it's founding date? I can't find it on the list of active chapters.

Tau Chapter is University of Wisconsin. According to Ordinary Miracles (1997), it was active from 1920-1972, and again from 1990-1993.
