Theta Alpha Kappa, the the national honor society for Religious Studies and Theology?
Assuming that you meant Kappa Alpha Theta and NPC recruitment, the first bit of advice you're going to get is to come in with an open mind. For more advice, start here:
http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/sh...ad.php?t=54403 read the threads here. I'll defer to any Delaware people on here, but you most likely won't need to actively seek out recommendations. You top pick now might change once you get to know people, and during recruitment they might not want you. Don't listen to gossip, UD has 11 amazing NPC sororities. The "stuck up pretty girls" are probably awesome, as well as the "weird girls" and the "partiers" and any other stereotype you may hear. Think for yourself and make your own decisions.
With any deferred recruitment, your first semester grades will be very important. Do what you have to do to keep your GPA high. Get to know women in many different sororities in a natural and non-creepy way (like if they're in a class with you), maintain a good reputation, get involved with other things on campus.
