History of 13th District (International Chapters)

The following link is a historical sketch of the development of Omega Psi Phi's International Chapters and its governing jurisdiction,the 13th District. The latest chapter in this history to be written will take place this weekend when the first chapter in the UK is chartered, in Birmingham, England.
