I was wondering if any other GCer's out there beside me ride a motorcycle or scooter?
My biggest complaint?
1. Smokers who flick their butts out their car window (in front of me) and the ashes come back in my direction.
2. Tailgaters--Come on now, I'm crusing at 55 and the idiot is right on my a$$
3. rain, wind, oil on the road, small roadkill (hard to see until the last second), potholes, speedbumps, thick painted lines on the road
Best things about the ride and owning a bike:
1. No traffic jams
2. easy parking
3. easy on the gas
4. Can "pass gas" as much as I want--it's true
5. White lining-- it's legal here in California
6. Great way to pick up guys--when I carry my helmet around..
7. Low registration fees--just got my renewal, $45 (hee, hee)
BTW, I 've been riding for 12 years..
