Greek Or Not
Well, I was not going to write this diatrabe, but!
I have one question, are YOU GREEK OR NOT?
Some have better tans than others, different shades than others, religions than others!
I have seen people trying to tear up this site with their racist uneducated, uninformed statements!
Are you falable? Are you the most right in the world?
I am here to have a good time and be with the people I have come to meet and adore and love! Adore for the guys, love the girls!
The reason I am writing this is because a Brother is selling things on ebay and did not contact me about trying to buy them along with other Brothers!
Is that Brotherhood!!!!!???? Not only NO, But HELL NO!
I feel that Our Badges should be in the hands of the F/S not some collector who just gets it like a peice of furnature!
OK, that is off of my chest, what think the rest of you?

GREEK all the way!
I can't stand our pins and badges being sold on E-Bay. Why would a collector want a Greek pin? It's particularly upsetting when a Brother or a Sister auctions their own pin. What type of brotherhood or sisterhood is that??

I'm definitely greek 4 life, but we should remember that not all of the badges on e-bay are being sold by the owner.
I get very angry and upset when the seller can be traced to be a brother/sister, but we have to remember that some of them may have been stolen/lost and the person selling it is trying to make a few bucks off of us (still a bit angering).
My bage was stolen, and I kind of hope that it shows up on e-bay so I can get it back, otherwise I will have to eventually buy a new one that will not have the same sentimental value as the original.

Greek for life. It's dissapointing when we see our badges and other objects being sold on ebay, but many times, people get the badges in estate sales. Many people don't provide specific instructions for their badges, and their loves ones don't know what to do.
Most times, if you tell the seller that you are a member of that orginization, you have a greater chance that they will sell it to you, or even give it to you, or your national HQ.
I don't understand why other people waht to "collect" our pins tho. I knpw they look nice, but really, we have a very personal connection with them!
