"Hawthorne" Canceled

I didn't watch this show and the commercials didn't make it watch-worthy to me. Seeing Jada Pinkett Smith on television hasn't been appealing since A Different World. She's more of a movie actor.

I'm more surprised it lasted 3 seasons. Bye bye, "Hawthorne."

It was ok, just about like every other hospital drama out there (besides House). Not awesome, but not bad either, and the diversity in casting was kind of nice. But eh, I didn't really follow it just caught it when my mom was watching.

I didn't watch House that much but I liked it. You can't go wrong with Omar Epps.

What was up with Jada Pinkett Smith's and Marc Anthony's characters on Hawthorne? He's an awesome musical artist but I couldn't imagine him being a fictional love interest, let alone nonfictional (LOL).

House is just Sherlock Holmes + doctors. It's ok, but I got bored.

I think I stopped watching before Marc Anthony got involved in the show, but man the media is running the Will and Jada are breaking up story like crazy.

I never got into the show because I never really had time (I've got a 2 show maximum) then I didn't have cable. But it looked interesting so I feel like I missed a good thing. I like hospital shows, though.

Hawthorne was so unrealistic it was laughable. It had Jada Pinkett Smith do EVERYTHING except cook the meals in the hospital cafeteria. She was the head nurse, not the hospital's CEO. I'm all for strong female characters in a tv drama, but please keep it somewhat real. Don't have a nurse run a hospital board meeting, then suddenly do brain surgery, save someone during a code blue, reattach an orphan's thumb, and cheat on her doctor husband with Marc Anthony all before a shift change.

Yep, that's why my wife stopped watching.
