Excerpts from ^:
. . . the university has imposed a number of disciplinary sanctions including, among others, the suspension of Epsilon Chi Chapter's official recognition as a student organization through May 22, 2011, a ban on the presence of alcohol at the house for one year, and a ban on the recruitment of new members until May 22, 2011.

If the chapter is successful at gaining recognized status, it will be placed on probation for a period of one year.
. . . the Epsilon Chi Chapter may appeal the findings and/or sanctions. Additionally, the university reserves the right to impose more sanctions depending on the outcome of the Eau Claire Police Department sexual assault investigation.
