I was coming here to post the same thing. I agree; he did a great job. I forgot he was in the Back-Up Plan.

(Just a side note, we met Erin Moran (Joanie) at a bar after a sisterhood event last year. One of the other alum, who is a volunteer, had no idea who she was and had never even heard of the Fonz. It was a feeling old moment.)

My exact thought when I saw the title.

Even though he was well known for being the Grand Poobah of the Leopard Lodge, I also really enjoyed him on the Father Dowling Mysteries and on Murder She Wrote as the sheriff. Yeah, a priest a nun solving crimes, but man it was awesome to watch as a kid.

I too enjoyed him in both of those shows. He was great to watch and will be missed.

He was perfect for the role of Mr. C. I am picturing him smiling, wearing his fez from the Leopard Lodge.
