false claiming membership ? how to check status ?

I do not know your privacy policy regarding members of Kappa Alpha Psi, but I am sure there is someone who is falsely claiming to be a member. I wanted to know who I should contact to confirm his membership. or if it is possible to view list ... i know the person is definitely interested, who do i contact to report him wearing paraphernalia and claiming kappa?
