2010 International Omega Man of the Year Rev. Robert C. Scott

The 2010 International Omega Man of the Year was presented at the 76th Grand Conclave in Raleigh, NC to Bro. Robert C. Scott, the Pastor of Central Baptist Church in Saint Louis, Missouri and the Eighth District Representative of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (The Eighth District is comprised of the states of Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Iowa and Nebraska.)
