I am the Panhellenic Council Recruitment Co-Chair on my campus and we are tired of doing the same activities every year. I just wanted to throw it out there to see if anyone has any ideas. We are doing Formal Recruitment, mainly recruiting first-year students. We have 3 sororities here on campus, 2 of them are NPC chapters and the third one is a National Sorority. So if you have any ideas please post them.

What are the activities that you have been doing so far? Recruitment follows a pretty generic list (open house/skits/philanthropy/pref/bids) so what exactly do you need ideas for? =)

Is it structured recruitment? Are you limited to specific activities? Have you checked with your national/international groups for ideas?
