Baylor's recruitment is also in January. Please get your RIFs in ASAP!! Our first round of Rush Parties is called Fall Parties and it is Nov. 10th. It is kind of like an open house party. We have over 915 "potential members" coming through!! Wish us luck!!

RIF- Recruitment Information Forms - are not ritual - any greek organization or non-greek can see the Chi Omega form. I mail it to guidance counselors and close friends of young woman wanting to go through recruitment. It is just like a job interview and a form you would have filled out for a reference.

The only big "no no" is that (A) - the girl getting the recommendation can NOT see it and (B) - you can not have a family member fill it out.

Heidi- maybe other sororities are more selective on who sees their RIFS ... glad whoever PM'd you is looking out for us
