Recruitment and Rush week

I am from the La Salle univeristy chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon and also the treasurer of the Inter-Fraternity and Sorority council i am trying to find good ways to recruit guys and get the word out more to the incoming freshman class and also the current students here


Also i am looking for some good ideas for Rush week, aside from parties, such as dry events for students to come out and what could really get people interested in coming to our events during rush week and also some ideas for like a theme for rush week to make posters to spread throughout campus any kind of suggestions would be greatly appreciated
