Starting a UK online to real time Chapter! :P

Hello there my peeps!

So sorry if this is another of those "already talked about" things you so love and cherish but I wonder if I may squeeze any thoughts, ideas, and how-to's from you all about starting an online chapter to become one in a more real sense once I have the opportunity?

I'm an Australian just moved to the UK who's a member-at-large of EΣA and have in the goal bank the want of starting up a chapter here and getting the greek system rolling in UK a little more if at all possible.
