So it's time for a change. I love my short hair, but I've had the same cut for a long time. I'm looking to keep it short (like pixie short but I've sort of let it grow out so I can do something with it), but I'm having a hard time finding a good website for haircuts that real people might actually wear. So, style mavens of GC, can you link me up with some good sites?
Ok, you might think this is ridiculous, but it works for some people. InStyle has a section on their website where you can upload your picture and "try on" different hair styles.
You could also try googling "short hair styles" or something similar. I've found lots of pictures that way. Not very many require a membership login.

I tried working it out with InStyle but didn't work out for me. I have a long hair and was looking for something short... In the end I simply went in a wigs shop and tried all their short wigs to see which haircut would suit me.
I've had perpetually mediocre hair. I ignored for the past 2 years and now I've finally scheduled an appointment with someone who I've heard good things about. Problem is I don't know what I want other than something appropriate for a young professional. My hair is stick straight and won't hold any curl or wave, thick, and falls about mid chest. I don't want it shorter than shoulder length. Any suggestions?
