DALLAS (CBS/KTVT) Luke Ross, a Dallas-area repo man, has seen people go to extreme lengths to keep him from repossessing their vehicles, but few have gone as far as he says Krystal Gardner did.

Dallas police say the 28-year-old Gardner tossed her one-year-old son through an open window seconds before Ross was about to drive her Ford Expedition away Monday afternoon.

Was there a custody hearing/the father was seeking custody? I didn't read the article.

Don't get me started on the bullshit child support/custody system that favors women regardless of how shitless, deadbeat, and crazy some are. Women aren't born nurturers nor are they automatically the best caregiver and provider just because they can get pregnant and give birth. It also sucks that men who are the primary caregiver often have to go through hellfire and damnation to get child support from a deadbeat egg donor. And the system isn't much help. Woooosahhhhhhhh.......

AFTER he sees the baby fly out the window...

The next thing Ross says he sees is a shotgun, allegedly wielded by an angry 15-year-old who came charging out of the house after Gardner. The boy allegedly fired once in the air and then shot at Ross, grazing him in the leg.

Police arrived at the scene and arrested Gardner and the teen. The uninjured baby was removed, for placement with his father.
