Interest in 2 seperate chapters

There are two chapters in my city that I am interested in but I was wondering if it was ok for me to attend the events that each chapter are hosting or do I have to choose one chapter and just only go to their events (I apologize if the question is confusing, I was trying to find the right way to word it).
