Joining 2 Sororities!!
Hi, I'm new and am currently rushing a soro...but I'm not sure if I wanted to do the one I am currently rushing, or be apart of one of the Divine Nine. Someone told me that I can join a "white greek" and a "black greek", because the divine nine aren't on the greek council, is this true?

Yes. Yes you can. Just make sure you tell both groups all about your intentions.

NPC may be a different council that NPHC, but both are councils. Consider if you could join two NPC (or "white" as you say- although there are sororities with plenty of diversity) sororities. You can't join two NPCs. You can't join a NPC and a NPHC. Pretty sure you can't join two NPHCs either (someone more knowledgeable, feel free to correct if I'm mistaken).
I'm only answering this seriously just in case this question isn't actually a spam post. For further reference, the search bar is your friend.

The NPHC groups will not allow you to be a part of their org and another general/social org (even if you denounce the other) no matter what council the other org is a part of. However, most or all the NPHC orgs will allow you to join a professional, service, religious, honors, special interest, etc. type of org.

My advice to you is to stop rushing that org until you make up your mind. You cannot undo things once you are initiated and the NPHC groups will not extend membership to you thereafter.

I agree, make sure you tell both groups. It'll do wonders for your chance with the two groups.

The simple answer to you is no. Royaltempest said and explained it to you best. You need to make a decision as to what you want/are willing to do for yourself.
Joining one doesn't mean that you can join another, regardless of councils.
