Ebay and Pins

Fellow Sig Kap's, I'm worried. In the last month, I have seen three of our pins for sale on ebay (one was even from Alpha chapter!!) I have tried to contact nationals several times in regards to this subject, but have not recieved a response. I wish I wasn't posting this here, but maybe someone out there can help me.
Yes, I already know national policy on pin ownership.

My question is this:
Do we have a reinbursement program for those members who buy (rescue) pins off of ebay? I have heard that some GLO's will reinburse you up to $100. Also, do we have someone looking out for pins and other memorabilia that nationals might want? I have been in touch with one of the buyers that recieved the high bid for a pin, and luckily she was a sig kap alum, but I hate to think that our pins are going to perfect strangers!

If anyone could tell me anything in regards to this subject, I would be so grateful. I just want to put my mind at ease! Also, feel free to emal me if you need.

I read somewhere nationals is discouraging Sig Kaps from taking it upon themselves to try to bid on these pins. Women end up bidding against each other and not only is it wasting their $, but it means whoever is selling it (and obviously shouldn't be) is making more $. I'm not sure what can be done about the selling of our pins, but hopefully there is a good solution.

Ok, I talked to the President of my College chapter and she said that Traveling Chapter advisors/consultants are suposed to spend time looking on the web for pins, memorabilia.. that sort of thing... and I think that she mentioned there was a reinbursement.. I just wish they would publisize the policy so we all know!
