I was initiated into a sorority at one school then I decided it wasn't for me so i withdrew from it. I ended up transferring schools and was wondering if I was able to join a different sorority at my new school.
At least not if you are talking about a NPC group.

If you were initiated into a Panhellenic sorority, you MAY NOT join a different sorority at your new school (unless it is a local sorority and not affiliated with the NPC).

When you say you withdrew, do you mean that you terminated your membership entirely and turned in your badge? If you didn't completely disaffiliate, you could look into affiliating with the chapter at your new school (provided there is a chapter of your GLO at your school).
Otherwise, what SWTXBelle and KSUViolet said.
