Beach Body Secrets?
hey everyone, i know it's getting to that time of year again, and we're all ready for summer. i've been wanting to start working out, but i have no idea where to start. i know that seventeen magazine has workouts in their mag every month, and that's what i do. i want to get really really toned though. i know i probably won't lose that much weight by july, but i thought i'd give it a shot not only to lose weight, but to also have more energy, focus, etc..
so, do any of you have any tips for me?
