I have a couple... (since I love Star Wars, the scenes happen to be from the two trilogies)
1. Order 66

2. Vadar saves Luke

Dangerous Beauty is one of my all-time favorite movies. There are a few scenes I really like. My favorite by far is this scene where she faces the wives of the men she's been...servicing. It's ironic that they need her. But, it's the banana that I love most:

This is also a great one where she accepts her intelligence and embraces education:

I have a few - if you don't like spoilers, don't click the links:
The church scene towards the end of "The Godfather" (my favorite movie scene ever, couldn't find a link).
"The Untouchables" : http://youtube.com/watch?v=8B7rDjX7s54
"Swingers" Gretzky scene: http://youtube.com/watch?v=owk4S0GGDbU

One of my all time favorites is the diner scene from When Harry Met Sally. The first time I heard that lady say "I'll have what SHE'S having" I laughed til I cried.

Did you know that woman is the mother of Rob Reiner who says that line?

the dinner scene from "Crooklyn", one of my favorite movies.
and creepy @ss scene from "Requiem for a Dream", another one of my favorites (i havent watched it in forever though, for obvious reasons)
and while youtube doesnt have it, maybe that means its not awesome enough. but it's from "Father of the Bride", where Steve Martin and Diane Keaton are driving down the street and all the parents and children on his side of the street are godawful, but on her side, the kids are all peaceful.
ok, last one, the end of "The First Wives Club" where the ladies are belting out "You Don't Own Me."

We were out with friends, and the other woman ordered exactly what I was planning to order, so when the waitress came to me, I said the line, "I'll have what she's having." I'm still not sure who laughed the most! And yes, we knew about Carl Reiner's mother. It's here.
Some of my other great lines (this computer's acting up, so I'm not going to link them):
Blazing Saddles - When the townspeople sneak back to Sheriff Bart to thank him for saving the town from Mongo; when the one worker makes the big speech about the town being open to everybody but the Irish; and the "chorus boy" scene.
Slap Shot - Almost every scene, but Swoozie Kurtz's "He's going to catch his death out there!" gets me going every time!
