I've read the manual. So confused. My friend that I bought the phone from said the battery lasts a long time but you just gota stop all programs so they don't suck up battery juice, but it seems to be draining fast. I downloaded and bought a program that said I could customize my ringtones but their tones SUCK and aren't song and I just want my personalized ringers back! I also can't get to the Sprint Music Store update cuz it freezes up, and I had a bunch of songs on there. Damnit this phone is too damn complicated!

Not to sound like a jerk, but this sounds like job for Sprint Customer service. If you just bought the phone you can probably either call them or take the phone into your nearest Sprint store that has a service division.
