Pres out of control

I'm sure many other people have had this problem, but we elected our president and as soon as he got into office he turned into a maniac. He won't let anyone speak during meeting unless he likes it and makes up all these rules because he's president and "he says so". ITs destroying our chapter and morale and brotherhood are at an all-time low. We have real potential but hes squandering it, so it upsets me greatly. Any help would be appreciated
