My 2 year old daughter shows interest in driving, and watches me carefully when I shift gears, and likes to honk the horn when we're at home in the driveway. That doesn't mean I think it's a good idea to teach her how to drive.

Even still.... your two year old daughter would be more apt to learn how to drive than a dog. I wonder if she was off her medications, because she must have a medical problem!
