Lightbulb Legal Question?

If Santa Claus comes down Your Chimmney, is that Breaking and Entering?

If He eats Cookies and Drinks Milk, is that Burglary and Stealing?

Any Legal Help Out Here?

And if he leaves presents (that you didn't ask for), does that mean you are the recipient of "lost property" or "stolen goods"?

Santa is what we term an "invitee." By hanging our stockings by the chimney with care, not to mention sending him letters, sitting on his lap or the enticement of milk and cookies, we invite Santa onto our premises for the purpose of leaving us stuff.

Of course, that brings on the question of liability on the part of the homeowner should Santa be injured coming down the chimney. Check your homeowner's policy.
