Tough job situation help

If you're in a work situation where you're temporary working out of your bosses home (because the lease was up at the old office and the new space isn't ready), and you don't feel very comfortable because she's usually out meeting clients and she may have consultants coming in and out off the home (usually men that you don't know), what should you do? This is an internship with another 3 weeks to go.

Thanks

Tell your boss you don't feel comfortable.

I've actually called my program coordinator...I have to complete the internship to graduate from my program, but the coordinator hasn't called or emailed me back yet.
