I'm so sorry to hear that. I remember that her daughter was in Bennett at the same time that I was at NC A & T.
Wow. . . my prayers go out to Soror Phillips' family.

Soror Barbara K. Phillips made her transition last evening at Forsyth Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Information regarding arrangements will be forthcoming. Please keep Soror Barbara's family and friends in your prayers.

I remember Soror Phillips' appearing at Boule last year in Nashville. This is sad news.

My prayers also go out to Soror Phillips' family. Her daughter, our Soror, came through my current chapter- Zeta Xi at Bennett in the 80's. I also remember seeing Soror Phillips at the Mid -Atlantic regional this year (she became a Golden Soror).
