Red face Michael Jackson might get locked up

Tune to Good Day. Jackson was supposed to be in court at 10:30. He has not arrived yet. 1 more minute left.

He arrived just over an hour left. Supposedly he was at the ER with back pains. Court TV is reporting the judge has not decided to lock him up. Personally I think, he won't last in jail. He is actually wearing pajama bottoms in the courtroom!

Commentator on Michael Jackson:

"He showed up for court late, which is not normal. He was wearing pajamas, which is not normal. Molesting little boys is not normal. The more Michael Jackson strays from looking normal, the guiltier he looks."

That person has some serious issues. Every time he has to go to court he suddenly feels sick and has to go to the hospital. Boo hoo!

Michael Jackson is looking like a hot a$$ mess right about now. He ain't comb his wig or nothin'. I want to know what is wrong with him. Either he is just actin like there is something wrong with him, or there is more than the "flu" going on there. There is so much "extraness" going on in this case. Like Michaels people are trying to turn this into the hugest publicity stunt ever.

He needs to be locked up. Not necessarily in jail, but a mental institution.

He's got major psychiatric problems.

When I heard he was in pajamas, I had to check out the picture to see if he at least had bunny slippers on

What I have heard is that his legal team is in a real bind. Michael wants no part of this and apparently fired Geragos because he insisted that they not go to court. And when they went to court he fired his lawyer.

Part of me is so angry that MJ thinks he is above the law. But more of it is I think he is so far gone. I mean beyond even a mental institution. He absolutely needs to be put away. Period.
I also think his family doing absolutely nothing for him when he started to freak out years ago is borderline malpractice. They have a humanitarian responsibility to get him help. But then again if he is their livelyhood then I guess it's not black and white.

Or, this could all be a master plot by his attornies to get him institutionalized instead of jailed by reason of insanity. Though I do think he's clinically insane.

The whole thing is tragic but also really pisses me off.

I think that they are going to try the "insanity" plea if it comes down to that. I also know that if he infact does get sentenced there is no way that they are going to be able to put him in a real jail. He will probably get sent to something like Martha Stewart. There is no way that Michael would survive one night in a REAL jail. I think something needs to happen to him and I think it needs to happen quickly. This whole case could be the one that "breaks the camels back" persay. I think his mental state is so fragile that this trial could really push him over the edge. He needs immediate psychological attention. Sometimes part of me thinks that Michaels "people" are exploiting his condition to make this into a real big media blizt and make this whole thing bigger than it really is to bring more attention to the case. Michael depends on these people that are close and I think that some of these "people" may not have his best interest at heart. I mean think about it....they depend on his income to keep their income going. I don't know part of me just thinks that all of this "extraness" can't be blamed on Micheal all the time.

I'm probably an evil person for even thinking this, but I would really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really like to see Lisa Marie Presley called to the stand - even as a hostile witness! It's already a circus, may as well haul all the crazies out!

I have been flipping to Court TV every so often this afternoon. They have pulled out the psychologists to "discuss" his mental state. I have to agree, I think he is being pushed over the edge...thus the strange behavior. He is using up his "passes" with the judge and jury....they really do not like defendants who are late.

I also am wondering if he is "getting sick" to try to draw some sympathies back on him, especially with the accuser on the stand. Maybe he is concerned about not getting enough attention.
