have you ever had a close friend who told every one something about herself that was secret but you had to find out through the grapevine? insetead of her or him telling you they may dance around the subject. if u already knew would you come out and tell the person or would play dumb and stay in the dark??
i am still sorting out my feelings. i feel kind of betrayed in a sense that i could not be trusted. i still have not told my friend that i know her secret. should i tell?

You know that is a hard one. If you two are really, really close then I think you should tell him or her that you know and tell them how you feel. If the friendship is a strong one then you should be able to talk about it and work through it. I know personally that if my best friend did that to me i would be heartbroken and i would have to confront her and tell her so. This is just my opinion okay. I wish you luck.

Maybe what your friend told those other people doesn't really mean that much to her since these others didn't keep what she told them a secret. She may have also told these other people because she may not have known how to tell you and she may have rather you heard it from others, since it is hard to say what is on your mind at times.

Well it would depend on what the info was. Was it something involving you that she may have thought would hurt you? Or was it something about her that she didn't want you to know cause maybe you couldn't handle it (I'm thinking something deep like an illness or something that may cause you to worry about her)

what i found out about her had to do with her sexuality. it's not that i would treat her differently because i know. i still love her as my friend i just don't know if i should let her know that i do know and that it is okay with me for her to be herself around me.
