Any Must Reads?

My friend got me a Barnes and Noble gift certificate for helping her move into her new place. I'm not a big reader though, so I have no idea what book I should get. I know "He's Just Not That Into You" and "French Women Don't Get Fat" are supposed to be good books...I saw both of them advertised on Oprah Any books that you recommend?

I just bought Savannah from Savannah from B&N. Here's the jist of the book....
