Greek Week

[Glad to be AGD]

Hi all!

As you know, I am from Delta Tau.. and I just wanted to brag about how proud I am of my sisters, let alone how proud I am of myself.

Personally, I do NOT WORK WELL IN GROUPS. But being in AGD, I have learned how to work as a team, as a family. I have learned to depends and be depended on...

And this week, Greek Week, we've pushed the odds. We're the smallest of the Sororities on campus, and we sure aren't letting that get in out way.

We have this attitude that even if we get 5th place in something (5th is last place, cause there are only 5 sororities on campus), even if we get 5th...we're cool with that.. Cause we tried, and had a lot of fun bonding as sisters doing it.

So today's our last day.. The events today are tug o' war, pyramid, and banner and chant!! Whoop whoop! I didn't get back to my room until a little bit ago (its like 4:25 a.m.).. and I have to be up in a few hours, but I'm SO EXCITED. I have never experienced something like this.. And I have never in my life dreamed of experiencing something like this...

Hey! How'd Delta Tau do in Greek Week?

We did good.

We were just in it for the fun though, not the competition...

Got this email this morning! Slight editing, lol in case they become Gamma Chi's later.

"During Greek Week we won the most awards out of all the other sororities. We got 1st place Tug of War AGAIN! (I think this is like the 4th or 5th year in a row). We got 1st place-Skill for Game Day, 1st Place-Body for Game day, and 1st place overall participation award for Greek Week! Kappa Alpha's Dixieland Delight was this past Saturday and ____ received KA Rose and ____ received KA Magnolia! We have a lot of girls representing us this year for fraternity sweethearts. _________just got ATO sweetheart._______ is Sigma Nu's sweetheart, and_______ is Kappa Sigma's sweetheart. We have had a wonderful week
