Good News!

Hey ya'll!

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I have been lurking...

Anyway... We just held elections for our Alumnae Association and I was elected President! Woohoo! I'm very excited and can't wait to start building our association. We've been brainstorming on membership recruitment. Anyone on GC have suggestions on getting sisters involed?

On a side note... Beta Beta (UT Chattanooga) starts recruitment on Monday!

Congrats Adelphean! I'm the treasurer this year for our AA

We talked about membership recruitment and retention at the AA training after convention this year. I have the minutes from that training if you want to PM me your email, and I'll send them. A lot of us are in similar situations, regardless of where we're located!

Congratulations to all of our new (and not-so-new) Alumnae Association officers!!! It's a hard job that you'll love, and I'm thrilled to see so many newer Alumnae going for the positions!!

Our AA has just revamped, with new Alumnae, and it has really taken off!! There's a Happy Hour & meeting every month, along with the philanthropy nights and dinners. One of the things I really appreciate is that the meetings are being held at Panera Bread restaurants, all over the city! Since we're SO spread out, it's really nice to know that you can easily make at least a few of the meetings!
