question about TKE recolonization

so I've been told (and now seen) that TKE is colonizing on UNCW's campus. I have a question though. I was told that this is the second time TKE is colonizing but due to UNCW's poor record keeping skills, I can't find anything about it. And when I go on TKE's website, it says that a consultant from nationals will be in Wilmington various times during the semester and the chapter is listed as: Mu-Chi BUT on the same website, Mu-Chi is also listed as UNC's now closed chapter. So my question is, do yall recycle chapter names? Because I would think that if TKE is recolonizing, they would use the original chapter name they had years ago, not UNC's chapter name.

I never even knew Chapel Hill ever had a TKE chapter.....

but, one of my chapter's alums is the Grand Providence Advisor for this region so I'll ask him what the deal is with Wilmington.

you know how people outside the state of NC think there's only one UNC campus though. it might have just been a typo on the TKE home page.

thats what i was thinking......but one of my friends was doing on research on UNC's greek page and said that it looked like there was a TKE chapter there at one point. but it's hard to tell because many schools don't keep closed chapter names on their websites
