'2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony'
19th Annual Induction Event Premiering on Sunday, March 21 on VH1

LOS ANGELES -- As varied as the sounds are from Jackson Browne, The Dells, George Harrison, Prince, Bob Seger, Traffic and ZZ Top, this group of artists became united in music history as they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The "2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony" will premiere on VH1 Sunday, March 21 at 8:00 pm.
Held at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City on March 15, this year's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony honored rock's consummate singer-songwriter Jackson Browne, longtime chart toppers The Dells, the legendary George Harrison, the self-produced innovative sounds of Prince, the rock and soul of Bob Seger, the bluesy jazz of Traffic and the Texas soul and funk of ZZ Top.
Highlights from the ceremony include Prince's opening medley of "Let's Go Crazy," "Sign of the Times," "Soul Man" and "Kiss," Traffic's "Dear Mr. Fantasy," Jackson Browne's "Running on Empty," The Dell's "Oh What A Night," Bob Seger's "Old Time Rock'n Roll," ZZ Top's "Tush," the collaborative performance of George Harrison's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and more.
This year's inductors included:

* Tom Petty and Jeff Lynne - George Harrison
* Alicia Keys and Outkast - Prince
* Kid Rock - Bob Seger
* Dave Matthews - Traffic
* Keith Richards - ZZ Top
* Mick Jagger - Jann Wenner
An encore presentation of the "2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony" will air on VH1 at 10:45pm the same day, with additional airings on Monday, March 22 at 11:00 pm, Tuesday, March 23 at 7:30 pm, and March 24 at 1:00pm.
