LAMBDA CHI ZETA will be getting a New Chapter House!

A Brother of The Zeta made a commitment this week to Build a New House at the PITT, Ks.

While we as a Chapter have run across some tuff times, we all feel that maybe the tide has changed.

Brother JONO has been to where Our Old house was when it was still standing and saw what a great location we have.

The adrinalin has begun flowing again and I had a lot of feelings running through me when I first heard about it Sun. It was confirmed today!

Work is to start and be showing by Founders Day In Feb. 2005 and be completed by Aug. 2005 for the Members to move in for Fall Semester.

When a Brother Pete Cole called me today and asked me to put this out to our Email list, I could hardly keep control as I was so shivering from excitement.

It just goes to show, that no one likes to ride a tired nag, but a winner, all come back!

Remember, We are all winners no matter what. It is just built by one Brick at a time!

I've been meaning to ask (and keep forgetting) Is the sign still there on the property??? The house won't look the same, but hey who cares?!!

LXAAlum, it is someone you have come to know, Tom Roche!

He is backing it, financing it and being General Cotractor. Will will be putting Bids out using LXA Brothers when possible of course.

JUst got off of the phone with a Brother who will be working with Tom as the Financial over seer and said because of the email I sent out are bringing Brothers back to bid on a new House Project and are as excited as I and many other Brothers are!

I wish I had the knowledge to put it on Site, but Being Da?

Basically, 6 Bedrooms upstairs with suite situations, common Bathes.

1st floor, 1 bed room, chapter, study, kitchen(?), Dinning (?) and , with full basement.

Is nice looking Frontal where Badge can be Hung, Lighted from the back and Hung on the House. Subtle, What?
