Question How do you feel about....

How do you feel about other groups that have an intake process such as a Kappa Kappa Psi/Tau Beta Sigma and other such organizations or do they even exist at your school?

For example, I am apart of an auxiliary group to the University Concert Choir. We have our own history, purpose, colors, constitution, call, sign, etc, intake process, etc; however we aren't a recognized body on campus because we act through the choir. We are trying to become established as just that, an auxiliary to the choir but not a greek organization even though some of our members are Greek.

Carebear,

Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma are legitmate organizations. The band fraternity and sorority's history is long. I believe that they have the right to bring in members the way their constitution allows.

They have my utmost respect. One, because I too am a musician; however, I chose not to play in a college band. Two, because I have many friends who belong to both organizations.
