what are excueses?
No excuses, Im 29 years old and is a junior. I just wanted to know if I was to old for the under grade chapter that all. One more thing if you dont mind me asking. If one wanted to charter a chapter for Zeta Phi Beta at thier school, how do they go about doing this. Any information you give would be greatly appreciated
