Lost??

Hey yall .. Its me once again rying to fugure something out.. i'm not to familar with anything but BGLOs and I was looking at some of the other topics on here and I'm lost? Whats a bid. How is is that u are able to go to so many rushes? Why would u accept someones else's bid if that is not where your hearts at? I was always told to follow your heart.. Will someone please fill me in on some of these question cause I'm lost.. Thanks
