Okay this might sound like a dumb question but I'm kind of confused (it might also be the fact that it is 6:19am).
So I was just looking at the sororities ASU and U of A have and they listed all the nationals, locals and NPHC ones. Here is my question, how come the locals were listed under NPC? I thought NPC was specifically set up for nationals? Which obviously if you are a local chapter your not a national yet. Does this make sense?
