Question about involvement

Hi. Here at Beta Eta in Manitoba, we have a relatively small chapter. 11 members. Being so small it's really important that lots of people are committed to helping out and showing up, and it's hard sometimes to get people out to important things, like Recruitment Workshops. Do any other chapters have this problem? If so, how do you deal with it? If not, how do you prevent it?

And, what about when people say that they don't want to be a part of it anymore? Or even just not as much? What do you do? How do you take it? This has happened to us a few times, and I have such a hard time dealing with it because Alpha Phi means so much to me and I can't imagine not being in it.
Any advice would be great.

Lisa

Hi Lisa,

There is a Candian Resource Coordinator whose job it is to help out with issues just like yours. Her name is Joanne Alexopoulos. I am not sure which chapters she helps but even if she is not assigned to your region I am sure she'd be happy to help. You can get her email address off of the International website.
