Need advice....

So I talked to one of the girls I went through recruitment with last night. Her and I managed to stay very close...and she (now a sister) was talking about COBing me and really wants me to join her sorority. She's a sweetheart and she's like I'm going to give your name to the COB chair (who is her grandbig) who I remember meeting during recruitment who was a sweetie. We may be having dinner or something to get to know one another. If we do go out to dinner...what do I talk about? I'm having mixed thoughts on this situation. I mean, recruitments over, COB seemed to be over, what am I supposed to think? If they like me can they just say here's a bid? Do I have to go through an entire pledging period? I still plan to join SAI in the spring, ahh I'm so confused! Any insight would be awesome!
