Thumbs down Bush taking Gore to court to stop recount

The latest news on CNN is that Bush is taking the Democrats to court in order to stop the manual recount in Florida. The Republican's defense is that only the state of Florida has the right to order this process, not the Federal Government.
In addition, Bush's team states that the manual recount can have a large margin of human error and states somewhere along the lines that if this ordeal is not ended soon, it can lead towards "constitutional crisis".

Does Bush have a chance?

Unfortunately, Bush does have a chance. Number one , his brother is governor of this state. Number two, there is a lot of human error in a manual count, however there is also error in the machine count. If Bush does not win in the courts he will appeal to the people. The problem is that people are becoming disenchanted and just want this to be over. This may give Bush Florida and ultimately the Presidency. Also can anyone tell me what is going on in New Mexico, I just heard on the news that Bush is in the lead there.
