Just a thought on Recruitment

It is obvious that everyone loves Recruitment time on GC- and reading the addictive stories of GC ladies and men who are going through this exciting time.

I guess I have been thinking about it a lot today - and I want to say that if you are currently an active member of a fraternity or sorority, keep in mind how many people are thrilled to be going through Recruitment at schools across the country. I have heard several of my friends comment that they go to a house and the girls either barely talk to them or talk around them (several sisters in a group with one PNM and the sisters leaving the PNM out of the conversation). I know its hard work, and its tiring and not all the people in your house are overly outgoing...but most of these PNMs are spending weeks planning outfits and conversation topics and how they can make the best impression possible.

So for all of you out there participating in Recruitment as an active member....look back on all the excited PNMs you have read about on GC who cant wait to be part of your org and put your best efforts forward
