Hi there,
I went to CU-Boulder but I'm from Fort Collins so I'll tell you what I know. There are about 8 houses and the total greek population is about 8% of the school. You don't mention where you're from but this part of the world is pretty laid back. Recs are a good idea but not required, only worry about these manicure/pedicure/Lily Pulitzer threads if it makes you feel happy and more confident, relax, make friends and have fun. Generally if you're a freshman, involved in school and have good grades the odds are strong that you will get a bid somewhere... but rush can be competitive for certain houses. That's about it.

Remember to come back here and tell us about your experiences. The girls here will be supportive like crazy and help cheer you on.

Have fun!!
