Ok, is it true that tkes are allowed to scroll the girlfriends? How does that work? Im new to the whole fraternity thing, so im not really sure.

WHo told you this? I've been dating a TKE for almost 3 years and I don't get scrolled. That is a brother thing and a brother thing only, and one would only do it to a girlfriend who is familiar with what it means as a joke and ONLY as a joke. I'm not brother, and it doesn't apply. Plus no respectful boyfriend would even try it seriously...I hope.
