Longest time to give in on Title IX?

I recently found the Member manual of Lambda Kappa Sigma Pharmacy Fraternity , and although there was concern about title IX in 1974, they didn't go co-ed until 1998. Any know of groups that took longer to give in before they went co-ed after title IX?
