Red Meat

I'm giving up red meat!

Everytime I eat red meat it feels like I have a brick sitting in my stomach for days. I'm not bulimic or anything but damn I just want to cram my finger down my throat to make myself throw up.

I'm not giving up meat totally. I still eat chicken.

Any other non red meat eaters out there in GC land?
