Rotation groups in small chapters

Okay girls...

...the chapter I advise is a small chapter (about 40 women). For this Fall's Recruitment period, we are looking to start using Rotation Groups during our Recruitment functions.

However, I am used to planning rotation groups for chapters of 100-150...and that's just not what this chapter needs!!! (ah, a curse upon those large midwestern and southern chapters that I raised me to think big!!!)

The chapter is right; we need a rotation group strategy that will work for a smaller, more laidback chapter and Greek system.

For all of you out there from smaller chapters--can you give me clear idea of how your chapter approaches rotation groups during Recruitment?

I (and the ZA chapter) would be eternally in your debt.

If you're uncomfortable posting a decription of your chapter's rotation system on the board, just PM me!

...oh! and non-Kappas are free to jump in!

L&L,
