Any UF Kappa Sigmas?

I hear your chapter at UF is moving into the old Phi Sigma Kappa house. I'm a Pi Phi and it looks like we'll be neighbors, so I just wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood!

hmm?

ROWDYsister or UF Kappa Sigmas,
is it the old old Phi Sig house (currently FIJI) or the one Phi Sig is in across the street (next to Pi Phi). I was wondering where Kappa Sigma was going. I heard AEPi's house and they were gonna tear it down and rebuild.
Just wondering...
Tara
I have a Phi Mu castle...

Hmm...I don't know, really. I really thought they were moving into the "Damn proud Phi Sig" house next to Pi Phi. One of the last weeks of school my sister's friend from Phi Sig told her they were moving into the old Delta Chi house and Kappa Sigma was going to take their house. Then whenever I drove by when I was going to my house, I saw them moving furniture out. I heard the house was going to go to either them or a BGLO, but Kappa Sigma got it.

I guess we'll see soon, huh?

interesting!

Hmm! interesting. I assumed Delta Zeta would be going into the Delta Chi house, but then that wouldn't make much sense since they're starting a brand new chapter and may not want to do the whole lease thing before they see how it turns out (I'm sure they'll do fine though). All this switching around is crazy!!! Ah well either way sounds like you'll get some new neighbors!

I heard Delta Zeta would build a brand new house sometime in the next few years. They would possibly buy AEPi's land (which is in back of Pi Phi, in the woods, I hear?).

I have no idea.

LOL, I wish I could rename this thread "UF House-hopping Speculations."

ps: can you imagine DZ being located right smack in the middle of Frat Row, in the old Delta Chi house? I mean, my house is on Frat Row, but it's at least a bit seperated, on "West Fraternity Row." It would be interesting.

That would seem a bit odd for Phi Sig to move into a different house, since I thought that they last moved into a new house just a couple of years ago. But then again, how would I know for sure, I live damn near across the country!

I heard they were moving because, among other things, the rooms in the old Delta Chi house are smaller so the dues will be less.

We'll see.
